A formal transport agreement is sent electronically for signature. On acceptance, an invoice is issued and deposit requested within three days.
We contact both clinics directly. Export clinic provides: No X-Ray letter, patient Appendix 3 consent, export licence naming Embryo Links. Import clinic provides: receiving agreement, customs release letter, No X-Ray letter.
We contact the airline's dangerous goods division to obtain written approval for the cryotank as cabin carry-on. Confirmed in writing before any ticket is purchased.
Courier travels with the tank in the cabin. WhatsApp updates at collection, departure, arrival and handover. Delivered directly to the receiving embryologist with full documentation.
